Technical Building Services Inc. has an opening for a professional sales person to sell service maintenance and HVAC improvements to commercial and municipal building owners. The sales will center on mechanical equipment and controls, but open to other technologies as needed to provide a solution. The ideal candidate will customer centric and be willing to attend professional events such as Chamber of Commerce meetings to build and expand their professional network.

Primary Job Function: To present the capabilities of TBS to potential customers and to qualify sales opportunities and convert them into commercial service agreement sales that are competitive and profitable for the company.

Essential Duties 
Aggressively seek out new business opportunities by consistently conducting cold call activities at the decision maker level. 
Build financial and life cycle analyses to quantify value from the customer’s perspective 
Develop proposal generation and presentations for new and existing customers
Deliver impactful and professional presentations
Develop and maintain strong business partnerships with the purpose of gaining the client’s trust and delivering value added services. 
Maintain reporting of leads, in-progress active prospects and sales forecast. Weekly update of sales call planning, upcoming schedules and customer follow up
Perform other duties as assigned. 

Applicant will be accountable for all sales activities and customer relationships between the company and assigned commercial clients. Pay Scale: Base + Commission.

Qualifications: Must be a highly motivated and energetic, solution oriented person. Knowledge of the HVAC industry is not required, but is beneficial.  Previous sales experience preferred.
