Employee Referral Reimbursement Program

 

TBS will offer an employee referral reimbursement of $350 to any existing employee who refers a new employee to the company. Payment to the existing employee will be made based on the referred employee successfully completing a six month probationary period.  Payment will be made at the discretion of the management team.
