Duties will include but are not limited to driv ing /delivering parts, shipping, receiving, stocking and pulling parts. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Good organizational skill and computer experience necessary. Must be able to multi-task and have the ability to work within a team environment. Work hours are 7:30AM – 4PM Monday through Friday. -Project Engineer

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
Prior experience in temperature controls or an understanding of HVAC systems
Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio or Autocad and other Microsoft Office Programs
Ability to work independently with the capability to multi-task
Detailed knowledge of one or more DDC Controls Systems which may include:

TAC (Invensys) IA Series and/or Network 8000
Staefa, Johnson N2, ALC, Alerton, Honeywell, Others
Niagara Framework R2 or AX
General knowledge of Lonworks, Modbus, BACNet

Some local based travel is required
Flexibility to work outside normal work hours as required (i.e. nights/weekends)
Performs other duties as required

The successful Project Engineer candidate will have the following responsibilities and be able to perform the following functions.

Read and Interpret project specifications, plans, equipment specifications and conduct site surveys
Design Building Automation / Energy Management Systems by creating installation drawings, submittal drawings, valve, damper and vav schedules, as-built drawings
Write detailed Sequences of Operations to meet project specifications
Develop programming for control systems
Provide technical support to other team members
Assist and support field installation team with commissioning and start-up of systems
Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, communication with customer staff, and provide customer feedback.

-Professional Estimator/Sales Engineer

Job Description:
Capabilities to include background in specification writing, estimating, and negotiating Building Automation/Energy Management Control System products and services. Knowledge of HVAC systems and extensive sales skills are essential for potential Candidate. Communication interface with engineers, mechanical contractors, developers, owners, and operations team will constitute a major portion of the job responsibilities. Must be able to prepare take-offs, select materials and any additional components required to estimate Building Automation/Energy Management Control System projects/services. Team player a must with ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment.

Experience/Education:
Qualifications include Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or field experience equivalent. Experience in multiple disciplines such as - mechanical, electrical, Direct Digital Controls preferred. You must have excellent verbal and written communication, organization and negotiation skills as well as being proficient in Microsoft Office.
